All orders are made by hand with the highest attention to detail. This is why our signs take on average 10-15 days to get to you. Depending on how busy we are, this can take longer. You'll be notified by email when it's sent. For any other shipping questions, please email

For design your own orders, please check your email regularly for a design proof of your sign. It can take up to three working days to receive from the date of payment. This email requires a response to confirm you're happy with us to go ahead and make your masterpiece. If we don't hear from you within 5 days of you receiving the proof, we will proceed to make the sign without a confirmation at the buyer's risk.

Our preferred shipping partners are UPS for domestic orders and FedEx for international.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind, unfortunately, as all pieces are made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email, and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item fails within the warranty, we will require it to be returned, so we can inspect it before we can offer a replacement.
