Shipping Policy

At NeonDaddy, each order is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to this, our lead time is  5 - 10 days to make + 1 - 2 day delivery on our standard delivery. During busy periods, this may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at support@neondaddy.co.uk.

UK Shipping:
Flat rate of £3.99 for orders under £150. Free for orders over £150.

Express delivery options available at checkout (subject to availability).

Worldwide Shipping:
Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Partners:
We partner with UPS for domestic orders and FedEx for international shipping.


Returns and Exchange Policy

As all our pieces are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. All sales are final once placed on our site.

In the rare event that your piece arrives broken or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of tracked delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. For any return inquiries, contact us at support@neondaddy.co.uk.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it.


Warranty Returns

If your item fails within the warranty period of two years, we will require it to be returned for inspection and to be repaired. We will arrange a collection on a day that suits you best.
