We have a massive 3 year warranty on all of our indoor signs. For the first year we cover accessories, courier costs, material and labour costs.
For years 2 - 3, we cover material and labour costs. When returning signs please ensure they are packed up very securely as we can't be help responsible for damage during transit.
Our waterproof signs are covered by a 1 year warranty.

We will provide a label and arrange collection for you to return the sign so we can investigate the issue. We will do our best to get it fixed up and back to you as soon as possible (we'll usually have it sent out the same day it arrives with us). If we cannot fix your sign, we will get a replacement made immediately. We are proud to offer the best warranties around!
If your sign arrives with any defects, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. If it's broken, we'll get a replacement out as soon as possible. If any LEDs have failed, we may request the sign back for a swift repair, in which case we'll provide you with a return label and collection.
Unfortunately not, each of our signs is handmade to order, thus we cannot accept returns once manufacturing has commenced if you change your mind.

Not as much as you'd think! Prices start at as little as £50 for smaller designs, while larger signs will be more expensive. However, as we aim to be the UK's most affordable supplier of premium LED neon signs, we guarantee you won't find better rates than ours for a sign of equal quality.

Of course! Feel free to upload your logo for a quote. We'll aim to get a quote and mockup back to within 1 working day, although we may take longer during busier periods.
We always aim to get back to you withing 24 hours although during busy periods it may take 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your quote in that time, make sure you check your junk/spam folders, as our emails will sometimes end up in there.
All of our signs are set into an acrylic backboard. In addition to our standard clear backing, we also offer a range of colours and textures, including metallic or even UV-printed styles! We can cut this board in a variety of ways:
Cut to Shape - We will cut the backing to follow the shape of your sign.
Cut to Letter - We will cut the backing close to the letters/shape of your sign for a near-invisible effect.
Cut to Square - We will cut the backing to a square/rectangle shape.
As standard our signs have a clear acrylic backing, however we do have gloss black available too!
In some cases, the design of your sign will determine the kind of backboard that can be used.

All of out signs as standard come with a mains power supply, stand off wall fixtures, screws and wall plugs as standard.
The sign itself will have a 2m clear power cable and the power supply will have a 1m black cable. We can extend the sign's power cable to 4m or include a 2m removable extension cable.
We have various optional extras available such as dimmer remotes,ceiling hanging kits, andbattery packs.

First off, we carefully match our silicone to the corresponding LED colours, ensuring a full, vibrant finish, unlike many alternatives that simply use white tubing regardless of colour, resulting in a more washed-out appearance. Furthermore, we spend the extra time to properly cut and glue joins, preventing light-leak and lifting; our competitors often simply don’t bother glueing them at all.

Home Grown and UKCA/CE Compliant
Many of our competitors are little more than drop-shippers and middle-men for cheap signs imported from China, which rarely conform to UK safety standards. Even some UK-made signs are not fully compliant, often supplied with cheap power supplies, which could mean your sign is a potential fire hazard! At Neon Daddy, all of our UK orders are designed and manufactured at our workshop in Wokingham, boasting full compliance with UK standards.
Please note that orders from overseas may be fulfilled via our international partners, but you can rest assured they will conform to the same rigorous standards.

We also offer a comprehensive three-year warranty with all our signs as standard. Combined with the fact that our signs are made in the UK, you can rest assured that your sign is covered for years to come, and we can have any issues resolved for you in a matter of days.
We only use the best materials in our signs, extending their life to between 8 to 15 years of regular use - over 50,000 hours! We're yet to have an LED neon sign fail on us due to usage.
But the truth is, since we only started in 2021, we can't prove this. However we still have some of our first customers tell us how their signs are still going strong!
Your design will be drawn up using CAD/CAM software, which is then cut from acrylic backing to your desired shape using a CNC router. LED stripes are then installed, soldered, and wired up to the power supply cable. Finally, we top the LEDs with silicone tubing, which diffuses the light for that smooth, mellow neon glow. Your sign will then be tested for 12 hours, before being cleaned up, packed up and sent to your door!
