Mitchell - Founder 

In January 2021, Mitchell was looking for a neon sign to buy for his girlfriend. However, upon browsing the available options, he found that no manufacturer provided the quality he was looking for, nor at a reasonable price. While working as an aerospace engineer, he spent the next few months researching the market, before finally launching Neon Daddy that summer, with a vision to supply the UK’s best LED neon signs. Initially working as a one man band out of his parents’ bedroom for eight months, he used the money he had set aside to pay the deposit on a house to purchase the necessary machinery to realise his vision to produce top-quality LED neon signs at an affordable price. After quitting his job as an engineer and dedicating full-time attention to this endeavour, he took on the assistance of his sister, before steadily growing the team and the company to where it is today, as the UK’s leading manufacturer of premium yet affordable LED neon signs. 

Mitchell is our chief sign maker and technical specialist, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including handling customer service via email, ensuring that the rest of the team is happy. Most importantly of all, he makes sure that we do not run out of milk! 

Lee - Production Manager

As our production manager, Lee oversees, and participates in, all aspects of the production process. Chiefly, he operates the CNC drill machine, which seamlessly cuts your sign from an acrylic sheet, as well as installing LED strips, wiring, and silicone tubing by hand. Beyond this, he also keeps track of stock, as well as handling customer enquiries over the phone, ensuring you have a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Previously Lee worked at the most prestigious umbrella company in the world, making umbrellas for the Royal Family and films like 'The Kingsmen'. It's safe to say that Lee knows a little thing about quality.

Becca - Graphic Designer / Marketing

Becca is our part-time graphic designer, who draws up 2D designs to be brought into 3D life by the machine. If you have a custom design you want brought into vibrant neon life, Becca is your woman! Whatever you want, she’ll be sure to translate it into a design that will exceed your expectations every time. When she’s not designing signs, you’ll find her helping out with marketing. Brandon - Sign Technician

Brandon spends most of his time making signs; installing LED strips, wiring them up, before cutting and fitting silicone tubing to diffuse the light and give your sign that smooth, vibrant neon glow. When we’re at our busiest,as well as undertaking general cleanup to keep our workshop clean and tidy.

Will - Sign Technician / Dispatch / Quality control

Being the newest member of the team, Will is a man of all trades, he spends most of his time helping create the perfect neon signs, but during busy periods he’ll help out with dispatch and quality control. 

Tom - Packer and Quality Control

Tom is our packer and quality control inspector. He’ll prepare your sign for shipping, clearing it of any dust, dirt, and scratches, as well as any other leftover residue from the production process, before carefully packing it up to be shipped to your door as soon as possible. At the same time, Tom also inspects the production quality of each sign against our rigorous standards, identifying any potential shortcomings to be rectified, guaranteeing you receive the best possible iteration of your design. He’ll also help out with general cleaning and keeping track of stock, contributing to the smooth flow of operations to get your sign to you quick and clean.
